It was never our intention to be different, simply for the sake of being different, but from Day 1 our goal was to create the most desirable homes that Northampton (Andy’s home town) had ever seen.

This didn’t mean being expensive – unattainable isn’t desirable. But it did mean fully understanding what buyers and tenants truly want and going over and beyond what they had come to expect.
